Shipping Policy
- We ship ONLY to U.S. residences and businesses, NO P.O.Boxes (sorry).
- All deliveries require a signature of someone over 18.
DELIVERY TIMES
Most in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days of your order. Out-of-stock items may take longer to prepare and ship. If it will take over 15 days to ship, we will notify you of the expected delivery time.
Return Policy
- To receive a Return Authorization, you must call us within three (3) business days of receipt of your goods. Items must be returned within 7 days to receive a refund. Refunds will be given, (less shipping charge). Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return. For security reasons, we can only modify orders or send account information when the request comes from the e-mail address that is associated with your ChristaFurs.com account. When returning any item, it is your responsibility to ship it INSURED. Until we receive an item back safely, it is your financial responsibility. The address for returning all items is in the "Contact Us" section above.
